"Jesus took bread, said the blessing,
broke it, and giving it to his disciples said,
"Take and eat; this is my body."
Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying,
"Drink from it, all of you,
for this is my blood of the covenant,
which will be shed on behalf of many
for the forgiveness of sins."
Jesus, you gave your body and blood so that we may all be saved from sin. Help us to remember to always give of ourselves as we seek and grant forgiveness in our imperfect lives.

Jesus tomo un pan y, pronunciada la bendicion, lo parti_ y lo dio a sus discipulos, diciendo: "Tomen y coman. _âste es mi Cuerpo".
Luego tomo en sus manos una copa de vino y, pronunciada la acci_n de gracias, la pas_ a sus discipulos, diciendo:
"Beban todos de ella, porque esta es mi Sangre,
Sangre de la nueva alianza, que ser_ derramada por todos,
para el perdon de los pecados."
Jesus, diste tu cuerpo y sangre para salvarnos del pecado. Ay_danos a siempre dar de nosotros mientras buscamos y otorgamos perdon en nuestras vidas.
