Dean Summer Dates*: May 25 - July 10, 2026

IC Summer Dates*: May 27 - July 1, 2026

Note: There may be flexibility in these dates of employment.

What You’ll Get

• $3,000 stipend

• Training and guidance on instructional coaching best practice

• Hands-on experience as a mentor and teacher-leader

• New energy and ideas to take into your own classroom!

What You’ll Give

• Guide 3 undergraduate Rising Teacher interns as they learn to plan and teach Reading, Writing, Math, or Science

• Foster not only the skills of lesson planning, instructional practice, classroom management, assessment, etc but also a love for teaching

Logistics

• May 27 - June 5: Receive IC training and contribute to the training of Rising Teachers

• June 8 - July 1: Provide feedback on lesson plans, observe classes, and conduct coaching sessions

• 8:30a - 12:30p, 4 days per week

• June 8 - July 1 : Support the personal, communal, and spiritual growth of undergraduate Rising Teachers while also contributing to the building of programmatic culture through the development of assemblies
